Residential study scholarships
Members of the Anglican Church in New Zealand are invited to apply for study scholarships. The process requires a recommendation from an Anglican Bishop and the Board of Oversight. Applications close in June for the following year of study. Please phone the Bishop’s office for more information (09) 302 7201.
Visiting scholarships
These are for one to three months and are available for Anglicans who reside in other provinces within the Anglican Communion. These applications are open to academics, clergy and staff on sabbatical from other institutions for the purpose of writing, study and research. Vaughan Park Anglican Retreat Centre

Residential scholarship
Lay or ordained Anglicans are invited to apply to receive two months’ full time study, accommodation and meals in a supportive environment. You may choose March-April, June-July or September-October.  The successful applicant will hold a recognised level of tertiary education, be committed to an approved subject of study, and be able to reside at Vaughan Park Centre for the period of the scholarship.  
Scholars, writers and artists
Scholarships available for one month residency in February, May, August and November.  Same conditions as the residential scholarship apply.
Applications for both of these will be to the Scholarship Grants Committee of the Vaughan Park Governance Board. Please include a short biography, abstract, overall context of the study, and two references, along with preferred dates.

Hostel of the Holy Name

A primary consideration for funding decisions is Anglican faith and value-based organisations or projects. There are two funding rounds each year, and closing dates for applications are 31 March and 30 September. One application per organisation.
