Holy Trinity Cathedral
Holy Trinity Cathedral is the spiritual centre and ‘mother church’ for this Diocese. It is also a significant place of gathering for the people of Auckland and beyond. With more than 100,000 people visiting the Cathedral every year it is not only a place of worship but also a tourist attraction, and a venue for community events, learning and arts. Holy Trinity Cathedral hosts funerals for dignitaries and national memorial services.
Holy Trinity Cathedral and St Mary’s Church are open to the public from Monday to Sunday, 10.00am – 3.00pm.

8am Eucharist in the Bishop Selwyn Chapel
9am Holy Communion at St Stephen’s Chapel, Judges Bay
10am Choral Eucharist in the Cathedral Nave
5pm Evensong in the Cathedral Chancel*
8pm Taizé in the Bishop Selwyn Chapel**
Monday – Thursday
12.15pm Eucharist in St Mary’s
Wednesday
6pm Choral Evensong in the Cathedral Nave*
*Evensong during school term time only
