Sustainability Champions Workshop 2024

This year’s workshop will focus on climate justice and living into hope in the midst of the climate crisis. Nau mai haere mai – a big welcome for all sustainability champions (and Eco-Church champions) young, old, beginner, experienced, and everywhere in between!
We will be joined by Common Grace Aotearoa – a movement of Christians pursuing social and climate justice to transform unjust structures for the common good. We will also take time to look back on the last 4 years since the launch of A Rocha’s Eco Church and the first Auckland Anglican Sustainability Champions workshop in 2020. There are lots of good news stories to celebrate and learnings to be shared.

Sustainability Champions workshops are organised by the Anglican Diocese of Auckland for volunteer sustainability champions and those in our churches and organisations with an interested in sustainability and care of creation. We are a denominational partner with A Rocha Aotearoa NZ and invite all other fellow Eco-Church champions to join us.
