The quarterly diocesan Training Hubs offer training and a strong peer community for lay leaders in the diocese. Hubs start with kai and worship at 1pm before participants choose one of the workshop streams. In 2026 workshops cover the areas of worship leading and preaching, pastoral care, children and families, and youth leadership. Hubs meet on Sunday afternoons between 1-4pm at a church in the diocese.

- Sunday 8 March at St Aidan’s Remuera
- Sunday 7 June at St Aidan’s Remuera
- Sunday 9 August at St Aidan’s Remuera
- Sunday 18 October at St Peter’s Takapuna.
